A great unique cuisine for many different ways of tasting the same delicacies.
Our chef Massimo Rech selects the best ingredients to offer a variety of well-balanced dishes, with a delicate taste and above all healthy. We constantly look for the best organic foods and products from our land and our sea in order to offer the true flavours of Bibione. We escape from globalization in order to offer the most typical things of our Region. Obviously there are plenty of international dishes too.

You will be able to choose between the buffet service of the “Fellini” hall or the à la carte service of the “Mastroianni” one. Both offer dishes that tell of our traditions, prepared with genuine products and “zero carbon footprint” ingredients, such as the organic fish raised in the Bibione lagoon, and fruits and vegetables from our fields. All the desserts are “homemade” by our bakers, just like the pizza prepared with durum wheat, whole wheat and kamut flours. The wine cellar offers a very wide variety of labels from Veneto and Friuli, in addition to a selection from all the regions of Italy.
